Founder & Director
Mr. Sushant Satish Vedak is the visionary Founder of Eurotrails DMC, which he established in 2023 with the aim of creating a high-quality, reliable, and globally connected destination management company. With a distinguished career spanning 25 years, he has held senior roles across the travel industry, including Product Head and Contracting Lead for UK and Europe markets.
Widely respected for his deep expertise in product development, contracting, supplier negotiations, and destination strategy, Mr. Vedak has built strong relationships with hotels, tourism boards, transporters, and industry partners across Europe. His broad exposure to international markets and his strong analytical approach have enabled him to develop competitive travel products that balance quality, innovation, and customer value.
Known for his leadership, vision, and hands-on approach, he has been instrumental in driving Eurotrails’ growth, shaping its business direction, and building a team that reflects the company’s values of professionalism, transparency, and service excellence.
His entrepreneurial mindset, combined with decades of industry knowledge, continues to guide Eurotrails in its mission to be a trusted and preferred DMC for global travel partners. Under his leadership, the company is expanding its footprint across key European destinations and strengthening its reputation in the B2B and corporate travel segment.
Mr. Pragesh Vardhan Singh
Director
Mr. Pragesh Vardhan Singh is a dynamic travel industry professional known for his strong operational skills, global exposure, and deep understanding of international travel markets. With 15 years of rich experience, he has built a reputation as a reliable Travel Expert and Travel Manager, delivering exceptional results across product development, operations, and destination management.
Having travelled to over 75 countries, Mr. Singh possesses first-hand knowledge of diverse cultures, destinations, and travel trends. This extensive global exposure allows him to design highly curated itineraries, build destination-specific strategies, and create unique travel experiences that cater to different traveller profiles and markets.
Throughout his career, he has worked closely with suppliers, hotels, and tourism partners worldwide, strengthening his expertise in contracting, vendor management, and building long-term industry relationships. His ability to understand both operational detail and broader business vision makes him a key contributor to Eurotrails’ growth.
Since joining Eurotrails this year as Director, Mr. Singh has played a significant role in enhancing the company’s international presence, product portfolio, and on-ground operational quality. His forward-thinking mindset, passion for travel, and strong commitment to service excellence continue to add immense value to the organization.
Mr. Yakob Randive
Director
Mr. Yakob Randive is a highly respected professional in the travel industry, bringing over 22 years of expertise across retail travel, customer management, operations, and travel product development. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Cluster Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd., a successful B2C travel company established in 2011, known for delivering exceptional travel services, personalized itineraries, and strong customer satisfaction.
Throughout his career, Mr. Randive has built a reputation for his strategic thinking, strong market understanding, and hands-on leadership style. His experience spans a wide spectrum of travel segments including leisure, family travel, customized holidays, group tours, and premium international travel, MICE for Corporate Customers.
With deep industry relationships, a strong understanding of traveller behaviour, and a commitment to service excellence, he plays a key role in shaping business development, client servicing, and product strategy.
Mr. Randive joined Eurotrails as a Director this year, contributing his vast B2C and B2B market knowledge, operational insight, and entrepreneurial vision to help strengthen the company’s presence and expand its reach across key markets. His leadership continues to drive innovation, quality, and growth within the Eurotrails management team.
